A Vision for Multiplication

“A Vision for Multiplication” is the theme for a one-day  Pastors’ Summit scheduled for Tuesday, March 14, at Knightstown Friends  Church. This Pastors’ Summit is sponsored by Indiana Yearly Meeting. Pastors  (and spouses) are invited to come and enjoy presentations by Bob Vajko, an  international church planting consultant.

From Medinah Baptist Church: “Bob and his wife, Noreen, have served in church planting, church development, and leadership training for twenty-nine years in France and seven and one-half years in Australia. Bob holds a doctorate in  missiology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois, as well as a diploma in theology from the Faculty of Theology in Vaux-sur-Seine, France.

Noreen was challenged for missions when a visiting missionary from France spoke of  the need there. God used three years in the Air Force in Europe to open his  eyes to the need of missions. Noreen has had a strategic ministry of helping  nationals develop their own mission societies. She was instrumental in  starting an Australian mission that sends out missionaries to other countries  and has worked with Thai nationals to develop an indigenous Thai mission to  reach out to other countries thus sending missionaries “from everywhere to everywhere.”

Registration  is $10 per person and lunch will be provided. Advance reservations by noon March 13 are requested to the IYM office at iyminfo.org or 800-292-5238.
