Friends United Meeting (FUM), a global Quaker community, seeks a passionate and visionary Director to lead our ministries in Belize. This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic direction for the Belize Friends School, Center, and Church, fostering a holistic Christian Quaker ministry rooted in God’s guidance.As Director, you will represent FUM, shepherd our vision, and lead a dedicated team to empower lives through witness, worship, education, and community building. Your responsibilities would encompass managing operations, cultivating community relationships, and nurturing spiritual growth. You will oversee the Belize City Friends Center, serve on the School Board, and support the growth of Belize City Friends Church.We seek a Christian Quaker with strong management skills, a deep understanding of Quaker faith, and experience in leadership. You should be able to work cross-culturally with a diverse group of people, have excellent communication skills, and possess an understanding of financial management. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a significant advantage.
